REFUNDS POLICY

In the event you need to return an item, on the condition that the product is unopened and unused, you may do so within 15 days of the date the order was made. Before returning the products, please submit a request to wombandmoon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return and we will give you the details. It is your responsibility to cover return delivery costs and  to ensure items are packaged securely to ensure they reach us in a reasonable condition.

You may return your item(s) only:

  • If it is within 15 days since making a purchase.
  • If it is unused, in the same condition and in the original condition that you received it, all labels must be affixed and be unopened with all seals intact.
  • You have received the wrong item from us.
  • If you have received the wrong item, we will arrange collection and cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION OF AN ORDER

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website or in your order.

If we reject an order placed through the website, then we will notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.

You are not permitted to purchase any items for resale to a third party or for trade purposes. If we have a concern with the quantity of item/s you have ordered, then we will contact you when you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.

 SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery can take between 2-5 working days depending on your location. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the fulfilment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.  We do however ensure that all orders are processed and shipped soonest.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
